The chef/owner has over 25 years experience in the food industry, and has worked all over the world from 5-Star Resorts to Fine Dining Restaurants. It is through his knowledge of classical French techniques, and his experience over the years that he has perfected his recipes to provide you with quality baked goods.
Picket Lane Bakery uses only the finest ingredients, no preservatives, or anything artificial. Everything is made from scratch daily--only the finest flour, butter, eggs, milk, fruits, nuts, and other natural ingredients go into making our products.
